Política de Devolución

POLITICA DE CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES:

Los cambios y devoluciones serán por falla de fabricación, no por su uso indebido y mal trato del mismo.

Podés realizar el cambio o devolución de los productos que compraste:

  1. Unicamente en nuestro punto de despacho y retiro - Ituzaingo zona oeste 
    En caso de necesitar enviar el producto por correo, el mismo estará a cargo del comprador.

  2. Escribiendo a [email protected]. con fotos y detalle del inconveniente, te ayudamos a resolver y gestionar de la mejor forma.

Las devoluciones solo pueden ser realizadas dentro de los 15 días siguientes a la compra.

Pasado este tiempo, se entiende que el producto fue usado/consumido y por ende manipuladode forma consutnate dando como resultado el posible mal uso o rotura del mismo siendo imposible saber con certeza que sucedió con el mismo.
